Well as Board of Directors acts as the chief governing body of the Association and have ultimate decision-making authority on all Association matters, but delegate certain of its powers to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee, in turn, report to the Board of Directors on all of its duly delegated activities, actions, and decisions.
Chairman: Omuk. Erostus Wilberforce Nsubuga is the Chairman and Chief Executive of the AGT Group of Companies. He is a Swedish citizen born in Uganda. He is an entrepreneur with vast experience in international marketing in Africa, Asia and Europe. Has worked for 10 years for Ericsson AB Telecommunication company in Stockholm, Sweden as Sales and Marketing Manager for Africa and Asia. He Pioneered in setting up the first Mobile Cellular Telecommunication Network in East and Central Africa, Celtel – now Zain Uganda. He is the pioneer of Mobile World International BV, a Dutch company where he worked as Managing Director for 3 years. Mr.Nsubuga started AGT in December 2001. He was Chairman- National Crop Research Resources Institute (NaCRRI) in Uganda from 2006-2009; Chairman of Presidential Investors Round-Table (PIRT) Agribusiness in Uganda, advising the President of Uganda on Agricultural Business Investment in the country for 2007-2010; Interim Chairman of Tissue Culture Business Network (TCBN) in East and Central Africa: He is also the Chairman of the Swedish Ugandan Business Association (SUBA) and a Board member of the Nordic Business Association (NBA) in Uganda. | |

John Baptist Kalule-Sewaaliholds an Honors Bachelors of Science Degree in Agriculture from the University of East Africa Makerere with a M.Sc. training in Irrigation Development Laws from Queensland Australia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Water Resources Engineering/Management-Technology from University-Israel Institute of Technology and has various postgraduate certificates from India, USA, Yugoslavia South Korea among others in this field. He is well traveled and has professional networks in countries such as India, Egypt, USA, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Thailand and Belgium. He has hands-on field experiences in designs, implementation and evaluation of irrigation systems and Farm Development Management/Evaluation.
